For visiting passengers, the VIP lounge offers an array of services which include internet access, refreshments, and a comfortable place to relax before boarding with a view of the runway for aircraft enthusiasts.

For flight crew, FBO staff can arrange a full range of support services including refuelling, flight planning and weather reports, permits, catering, and hotel accommodation making the Wellington experience a smooth process for both passengers and crew.

Matthew Guy

Matthew Guy is an accomplished Operations Manager with a proven track record in leading teams and delivering excellent service. With over 10 years of experience, he started his career in the luxury 5-star hotel industry and recently oversaw the preopening setup of Front of House operations for a luxury hotel. As the Regional FBO Manager at ExecuJet since 2018, he oversees the FBO Airside Ramp and Customer Service teams in the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring service standards, safety, and operational efficiency. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management and a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University.
