Vice President Asia-Pacific
Darren McGoldrick is the Vice President of ExecuJet Asia-Pacific, leading the company’s Aviation Services operations throughout Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Hong Kong.
Darren joined ExecuJet in 2000 as Finance Director and following his successful involvement in several other strategic roles and projects was appointed Vice President for the Region in 2010. Throughout this period Darren has overseen both the establishment of new businesses and expansion of ExecuJet’s presence across Asia Pacific to now include facilities and operations across 6 countries. He has managed the growth of the company both in Australia and Asia to now include 21 aircraft under management, including 11 charter aircraft and 4 FBOs.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and CPA qualifications, and has over 30 years’ experience in commercial, financial, management and leadership roles in a variety of industries including aviation, hospitality and construction.
Darren is also an Executive member of the Australian Business Aviation Association (ABAA).
Regional FBO Manager - Asia-Pacific
Matthew Guy, an established Operations Manager, has a proven record in leading teams and delivering high levels of service. He is a passionate professional with over 10 years operations management experience beginning his career in operational roles within the luxury 5-star hotel industry. Most recently, he was responsible for the preopening set-up of Front of House for a luxury hotel, setting service standard strategies for Front Office, Concierge, Operators and Housekeeping.
Matthew joined ExecuJet in 2018 as Regional FBO Manager. His role is to lead and provide management oversight of the FBO Ramp and Customer Service teams throughout the Asia Pacific region. He is responsible for service standards, ensuring the safety of visitors and staff and delivering optimum efficiency in line with best practice.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management and Bachelor of Business from Griffith University.

Auckland
FBO Manager - Auckland
Maree Tollenaar has an extensive aviation background, starting in the aviation retail sector, then later managing an airline business class lounge. Her passion for the industry led her to the general aviation world, where for the past 17 years she has been an integral part of Air Center One (acquired by Luxaviation in 2022).
As FBO Manager, Maree manages and leads the Auckland FBO ramp and customer service teams, ensuring all ExecuJet standards are met to deliver a first-class VIP experience for all customers.
Maree also has experience in large corporate businesses which has given her the skills to deal effectively and efficiently with the demands of high-end corporate customers. Her attention to detail and drive to excel has continued to maintain the Auckland FBO as an industry leader.
Flight and Ramp Operations Manager - Auckland
Jude Moraes leads the Auckland ramp team, delivering a high level of service to all clients arriving and departing New Zealand though the ExecuJet FBO at Auckland. He is a passionate aviation professional with over 7 years ramp and flight operations experience beginning his career in roles within the commercial aviation sector at Air New Zealand, Jetstar, QantasLink operations and Aeromedical operations at Auckland, New Zealand.
Jude joined Air Center One now ExecuJet in 2019 as a casual ramp operations team member and has since been promoted to an operations manager role leading the FBO Ramp team in Auckland. He is responsible for service standard, ensuring the safety of visitors and staff, and delivering optimum efficiency in line with best practice.
FBO Supervisor - Melbourne
As the FBO Supervisor Tina Godsell oversees all aspects of the FBO from accounts, ramp, international and domestic flight coordination and staff training, recruitment and rostering. Tina takes pride in providing exceptional customer service along with a can-do attitude.
Tina started with ExecuJet in 2014 as the FBO Supervisor and has over 18 years of aviation experience. She began her aviation career in the airline industry before moving to corporate aviation as a Senior Flight Attendant flying throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
FBO Supervisor - Melbourne
As FBO Supervisor, Prasad is responsible for the operational supervision of the Melbourne FBO, facilitating the arrival and departure of aircraft, their passengers and crew and providing customer service in line with ExecuJet standards.
Prasad, an established aviation professional joined ExecuJet in 2022 and has over 15 years industry experience. While studying to be a pilot he has worked as ground agent for some major handling companies holding roles such as check-in agent, gate agent, arrivals /departure coordinator, Aero-bridge driver and supervised VIP, VVIP and military movements.
He holds a Private Pilot Licence (PPL) and was the first student guild president at Asian Aviation Centre (Sri Lanka).

Ramp Manager - Sydney
Troy Walter leads the Sydney FBO Ramp team. Overseeing the planning and coordination of thousands of flights per year, Troy and his dedicated staff deliver aircraft and passenger services to both domestic and international clients.
A passionate and established aviation professional with 30 years’ industry experience, Troy joined ExecuJet as Ramp Manager when the company took over Universal Aviation in 2017, Troy is responsible for the line service standards, ensuring the safety of visitors and staff and delivering optimum Ramp efficiency in line with industry best practice.
Troy holds a Bachelor of Aviation and an Airline Transport licence with almost 4,000 hours.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Capital Jet Services
In 1992, Peter established Capital Jet Services as the first and only Fixed Base Operator (FBO) at Wellington International Airport. Capital Jet Services also have staff in Christchurch, and Peter also owns Queenstown Corporate Jet Services at Queenstown Airport. In 2011, Capital Jet Services formed a strategic cooperation with the ExecuJet and moved into a purpose built FBO and hangar facility where they manage the facility for ExecuJet.
As the owner of Capital Jet Services, Peter and his team provide the attention to detail for each customer, so they feel they are receiving a personal level of service. The team provides a seamless transition for passengers and crew from touchdown to departing the FBO to their destination.
