Patrick Hansen was born in Luxembourg. He holds a Commercial Engineering degree from ICHEC, Brussels, and an MBA Finance degree from McGill University, Montreal. He started his career in finance and banking in London and Moscow and successfully created several companies, one of which was sold to a Nasdaq-quoted Company (MMW) and another one to a company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (REA).
In 2007, he co-founded Edison Capital Partners S.A., an asset management company specialising in shipping, aviation, and industrial participation. He founded Luxaviation Luxembourg in 2008 and became its Chief Executive Officer. In 2015, ExecuJet joined the Luxaviation Group.

Having initially established himself as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa, Mike Berry has since been involved in a variety of industry sectors including manufacturing, insurance, telecommunication, and aviation.
Mike joined ExecuJet Middle East in 2002 as a Financial Director. In 2004 Mike’s prominent ability in ExecuJet saw him progress to the role of Managing Director – Middle East, overseeing the general management of the region including new and pre-owned sales, product support, aircraft management, flight operations, FBO and maintenance services.
His main objective for the region focuses on the development of ExecuJet as the premier business aviation service and solutions provider. Having become one of the main contenders in the Middle East Aviation market, Mike is confident that ExecuJet will remain prominent in the region.
Since becoming the Managing Director, Mike has seen ExecuJet Middle East move into a state-of-the-art facility at Dubai International Airport, expanding support capabilities with over 240 employees and including plans to open a new facility at Dubai South.
In late 2015 Mike became President of Aviation Services of ExecuJet and in 2017 expanded this role to the whole Luxaviation Group being appointed Executive VP of Luxaviation Group. In 2021 Mike took up the role of Chief Operating Officer for the Group.

Ahmed Benssouna joined Luxaviation Group in 2016. He leads the group legal department providing support to Luxaviation Group functions and all group companies. Prior to joining Luxaviation Group, Ahmed held senior inhouse legal positions with a Luxembourg-based freighter airline and a Luxembourg-based energy supplier. He began his career in private practice in Luxembourg in 2004.

Michel joined Luxaviation Group in April 2021 as FBO Network Development Executive and brings a wealth of experience to the new role.
Michel’s background in the aviation industry started in 1989 at Sabena and Swissair. During this time he built up extensive experience in a broad range of areas including operations, strategy, planning and network development. In 2001 Michel joined the "Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur” Group as Head of Network Development before moving into the role of General Aviation Business Unit Director in 2012. Michel then moved on to founding and developing the Sky Valet FBO Brand as Network Executive Vice President.
In his new position as President of Group FBO Services Michel will develop and add value to our International Network of FBOs, while reinforcing a lasting and robust multi-site relationship with our customers and deploying our sustainable development strategy related to our Ground Handling Activities.

Juliane began her career in Public Relations with German Television working with Film and TV programs. She also worked in event planning and broadcasting operations in Germany and abroad.
Juliane moved into aviation by joining Grob Aerospace as Marketing Assistant in 2006. She joined the ExecuJet Aviation Group shortly after - then held the position of Group Public Relations Manager for both companies for almost 2 years. In 2008 she moved over to ExecuJet entirely and looked after all internal and external communications for the company worldwide.
Juliane left Switzerland in 2010 to live in Washington, DC (USA) but remained responsible for ExecuJet’s Public Relations as well as offering her expertise to independent aviation-focused consulting companies. She returned to Europe in late 2013 to once again take over Group Communications with the addition of Group Marketing. In 2015 ExecuJet joined the Luxaviation Group and Juliane took over the role of Head of Marketing & Communications for the entire group. In 2017 Juliane became Chief Marketing Officer of the Luxaviation Group.
Juliane holds a MA in English Studies from the Freie Universitaet Berlin, Germany, and a MSc in Media & Communications from the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE), UK. She is a member of the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) Communications Advisory Board as well as the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA) Communications Committee.

Georges Disewiscourt graduated from ICHEC Brussels Management School and holds a Master degree in HR management and organisational dynamics from ULB, Brussels. He occupied several HR manager positions in the industry sector before being appointed to Senior HR management positions inside Luxair Group. Georges joined Luxaviation at the end of 2011. Since the beginning of 2014, he is the Chief HR Officer for Luxaviation Group. Georges is a Luxembourg national and holds a private pilot licence.

Pieter Steyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of South Africa, with Majors in Business Management and Economics. Pieter holds various other IT-based certifications from Microsoft and VMWARE.
He began his working career as a customer engineer in the mining sector working for BCX within the Anglo-American company Anglo Platinum. Pieter joined ExecuJet South Africa as a Senior Network Engineer in 2008 where he progressed to IT manager of the South African company.
Pieter furthered his career within ExecuJet, becoming the Infrastructure Services manager overseeing IT for the ExecuJet Africa and Asia Pacific companies. He was involved in the design and management of multiple start-ups that ExecuJet deployed in Indonesia, Malaysia, and China. He was instrumental in the deployment of the IT Infrastructure for the initiation of ExecuJet Nigeria based in Lagos.
In December 2016 he was promoted to Senior IT manager for the ExecuJet Aviation Group, managing the transition from ExecuJet to Luxaviation.
