Caroline Demsar joined the Luxaviation Group in 2011. Initially, as Financial Director she applied her skills to serving customers and aircraft owners. Her strategic analysis and day-to-day operational management enabled her to become Deputy CEO in 2020. In July 2024, Caroline took over as CEO of Luxaviation France. This appointment marks a new stage in the development of the Group's French entity on the local and international markets.
