Lisbon

Liliana Serafim is the coordinator of SVP Lisbon activities since 2018. With more than 30 years’ experience in aviation, particularly Business Aviation.

Liliana Serafim started in 1994 as a Flight Operations Officer in a European Company. From 2000 to 2004 started as Handling Supervisor for commercial aviation in a European company. Since 2005 Liliana Serafim started to work in business aviation in a few European companies as Customer Service Representative, Handling Supervisor and Handling Manager. In 2013 Liliana Serafim joined the company firstly as a Station Manager Deputy and later in 2018 became Lisbon Station Manager and 2024 Beja Station Manager too.

Customs, Immigration, Entry Permits and Visas

Types of Visas and Information
All Operators of Commercial flights scheduled or not scheduled shall transfer to the Portuguese GIP database, by the push method, the PNR data of the extra-EU and intra-EU flights
All Operators of Commercial and Private flights scheduled or not scheduled shall be registered at the Portuguese CAA Electronic Carbon Tax Form to settle the passenger carbon tax per passenger departure
All Operators (EU and NON-EU) operating all type of flights must fulfil the System of Means of Transport and Summary Declarations (SDS) on the Portuguese Customs electronic platform before arrival at Lisbon – LPPT. ExecuJet Portugal can be appointed to fulfil this task on behalf of the Operator
Goods brought into the customs territory of the Union shall be presented to customs immediately upon their arrival at the designated customs office

Landing Permits

All Operators of Commercial flights scheduled or not scheduled on non-EU routes must have prior permission from ANAC with 3 working days in advance.
