Goods brought into the customs territory of the Union shall be presented to customs immediately upon their arrival at the designated customs office

PPR mandatory for non-Schengen flights; Immigration services at least 24h request from Monday-Friday
All Operators of Commercial flights scheduled or not scheduled on non-EU routes must have prior permission from ANAC with 3 working days in advance
